Suzy put this recipe together to see what a homemade chicken nugget from canned chicken might be like. They were easy to make and she tried two different ways to season, one a buffalo style which was not too spicy and the other a ranch style. Both were yummy. Panko could be used on either style. For dipping Suzy just used ranch but mixing some Frank’s red hot sauce into either ranch or bleu cheese dressing would make a tasty dipping sauce. Changing up the seasoning in the recipes you could have a Tex Mex flavor or an Asian style too, your imagination and tastebuds could be your guide.
