In the Sisters of the Spoon’s You Tube Episode 11, the sisters make their chicken soup using their own unique styles. Suzy’s looksugly cooking but will be yummy. Sharon’s starts out pretty and will be yummy too. Suzy's Ugly but Tasty Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 1/2 onion
- 6 carrots
- the ugliest part of the celery, the parts you would not eat raw
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 chicken thigh for each person (4 used in the video)
- 2 bay leaves
- 32 ounces of low sodium chicken broth or 4 cups of water with one tablespoon of chicken flavored better than Bouillon
- 1 can petite low sodium tomatoes
Instructions
- Throw everything into a pot, do not bother cutting or peeling
- Cook 2-3 hours or till chicken falls off the bone
- In Episode 12 Suzy will show how she makes homemade noodles and makes the ugly soup pretty.

Sharon's Pretty Chicken Soup
Sharon chops all the veggie and while the soup cook it looks pretty, whereas Suzy's saves times by not chopping ahead of time but it does look ugly cooking.
Ingredients
- Roasted Chicken or carcass you have made a 2 quarts of broth with
- Chop up onion, peeled snack carrots and celery
- Peel and chop 2 cloves of garlic and mince
Instructions
- Put all veggies in pot, drizzle with olive oil
- Add salt and peper
- Saute or as Sharon's says sweat them out
- Add Paprika, basil, truffle and rosemary sea salt
- Chop more carrots add to other veggies
- Cook 6 to 10 minutes than add 2 quarts of chicken broth
- Cook 2 to 3 hours
