We love going to a restaurant called the Dat Cajun Place in Panama City Beach.
Suzy’s favorite is the chicken fried chicken. It is so delicious! Cajun andouille sausage gravy over fried slabs of chicken and a bed of rice. The chef calls them chicken strips. Suzy calls them slabs because they are huge!
