Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park

One of the largest & deepest fresh water springs. The park is open 8am- until sundown 365 years. There is a lodge on the property. Take a boat to see all the wildlife, manatees (usually in the spring time, we have seen them in February), alligators galore, and all kinds of birds & fish. Great place to have a picnic or spend the day.

We reccomend getting there at least an hour early to get your tickets, take photos, get drinks and souvenirs, and the most fun experience of transforming into a pirate or a mermaid, you are never too old. They also have a preshow. This place is huge, seats 1000 ticket holders and the “ocean”. The meal is fantastic! The entertainment is mesmerizing.
